A downloadable game for Windows

You appear to be trapped in a loop. A strange entity is communicating with you. He desperately wants you to eat his ice cream. Can you break free? Or is the cost too great?

This is my submission (and very first game jam submission!) to the "Mini Jame Gam #44" Game Jam. Theme: Malfunctioning. Special Item: Ice Cream. 

I started from an entirely blank project and created everything from scratch between 6pm Friday 27th June and 1pm Sunday 29th June - this includes, modelling, texturing, materials, post process shaders, particles, VFX, graphics, functionality, UI, audio and sound effects. Any external assets are listed in the Credits in-game. 

Software Used: Unreal Engine, Photoshop, After Effects, FL Studio.

There are obviously lots of little bugs and issues! If there's anything game-breaking or major preventing from launch, let me know in the comments and I can help.

Install instructions

Download the .zip file and run the JameGam44_3Scoops.exe. If you are missing redistributables, you should be prompted to install anything missing. Due to the nature of developing in Unreal Engine, especially for a short game jam, there may be performance issues on lower-end machines, so apologies in advance! My machine is far from ideal but it runs smoothly 60fps so you should be fine. Any issues, drop a comment and I can help!
